As we sit here together on this sacred night, I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath, inhale the magic of the moment and exhale anything that no longer serves you. Christmas isn't about perfection. It's about presence. It's about opening our hearts to the love that's around us and the love we can share. For many, this season can also bring a mix of emotions, memories of those we've lost, feelings of loneliness, or the weight of expectations might feel heavy tonight. If this resonates with you, I want you to know that it's okay to feel everything that you're feeling. You're not alone. And in this moment, I'm holding space for your heart, exactly as it is.
